Disneyland unveils Bayou Country, a New Orleans-inspired land replacing Critter Country and centered around Disney’s The Princess and the Frog. Anchored by the thrilling new ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, this area immerses guests in Tiana’s world with delicious cuisine at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree and charming keepsakes at Louis’ Critter Club.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure picks up after the events of the film, taking visitors on an adventure with Tiana, Naveen, and Louis the Alligator as they prepare for a Mardi Gras celebration at Tiana’s Palace. The attraction’s soundtrack, featuring jazz and zydeco rhythms, enhances the journey through the bayou with lifelike animatronics, vibrant scenery, and enchanting visuals.

A standout feature is the interactive queue, where guests explore Tiana’s love for cooking and entrepreneurial spirit, adding an educational element before boarding the ride.

Bayou Country’s Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree serves up southern favorites in a cozy outdoor setting, with signature dishes like the smoked barbecue combo platter, pulled pork sandwich, and a smoked angus beef burger. Vegetarian options include the flavorful corn ribs plate with chile-lime aioli and beer-battered fries.

Louis’ Critter Club rounds out the experience with The Princess and the Frog merchandise and New Orleans-themed souvenirs, including spices from NOLA’s famous Dooky Chase’s Restaurant, making it an ideal stop for fans.
