Even an auto collision can’t stop Diana Ross from taking the stage. (You might want to take note, Janet Jackson.)
Bethlehem, Pa. police said a 22-year-old New Jersey woman ran a stop sign and crashed her SUV into a limousine that was transporting Ross to the Sands Bethlehem Event Center around 5 p.m. yesterday.
Although the singer, who celebrated her 72nd birthday last month, complained of head and neck pain after the crash, she still performed at her 7 p.m. show. She was treated at the scene.
Ross’s limo didn’t fare so well. The hood was crumpled, and it had to be towed.
