Kanye West is reportedly preparing to press charges against photographers who wandered their way onto the rapper’s property at 4 a.m. Friday morning to ask about his recent rift with Jimmy Kimmel.
According to TMZ, West has reviewed the security footage from his Hollywood home that clearly shows at least one shutterbug trespassing on his property to snap the unwanted photos. He is said to be filing a police report and will ask the photographer to be prosecuted for criminal trespass.
In a video obtained by the outlet, West can be seen in his garage closing the door while paparazzi members swarm his drive way, hoping to get a money shot.
West currently faces charges of misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft for a July 19 incident with a celebrity photographer as Los Angeles International Airport. Each charge carries a penalty of up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine.
