Do you want to elevate your Thanksgiving Day dinner this year? Ideally, you would love to have a celebrity chef take over your kitchen for the holidays to eliminate all the guesswork in preparing an impressive menu. But since that’s probably not an option, we asked Chef Richard Ingraham, who is responsible for creating dishes for the likes of Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, to tell us how we all can upgrade our Thanksgiving dinner. He says, “It’s all about adding and subtracting ingredients to take your dishes to the next level.
