President Obama will deliver the opening message to a new documentary on Cartoon Network. Speak Up is a film about bullied youth across America and those who have helped them fight through the pain.
Obama admitted to facing harassment as a child and hosted the first anti-bullying summit at the White House last year.
The documentary will feature appearances from Venus Williams, Chris Webber, Hope Solo, BMX biker Matt Wilhelm and NASCAR drivers Trevor Bayne, Jeff Burton and Joey Logano.
The half-hour film will air Sunday at 5:30 p.m. EDT/PDT, with an encore at 8 p.m.
Over on the late-night circuit, Michelle will be making her first appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman on March 19. The First Lady will be discussing the Joining Forces initiative, which supports military families, and her plans for the program’s one-year anniversary.
Just last month, Michelle visited The Tonight Show to promote her Let’s Move! campaign.
