So it seems Mariah Carey’s old producer/ex-BF Damion “Damizza” Young, is releasing a tell-all book- titled “Guilty By Association” – about her on Dec. 14. Clearly in search of his fifteen minutes of fame, the ex says he will come clean about his relationship with Carey, J. Lo stealing her music and how Carey once used her Facebook lawyers to serve him a confidentiality agreement.
“This book was never about money,” says Young, who’s also done tracks for Ice Cube and Snoop. “It was never about exploiting and snitching on all the artists I put on or assisted in their time of need. This book was the most sanitized version of my story I could give, without hurting any one’s feelings.”
He added, “Everybody in this industry saw what I did for Mariah. And for what I did, or said, I have NO apologies… [Mariah feels] too guilty to pick up the phone and say “I’m sorry, I really did put you thru hell.’”
I can’t imagine anyone mustering any great interest in this tome. Fact is, everyone knows Mariah is a diva and everyone loves her (and Dem Babies) anyway. We’re talking about a woman who put a diamond tiara on her baby daughter’s head, whose husband told George Lopez she takes five entire hours to get ready, who was once featured on an episode of MTV Cribs exercising on the StairMaster in stilettos. Young really thinks anything will top that, or that readers will be surprised by it?
The other, and perhaps more important things about Mariah?
